Power system real-time simulation is to simulate every type of process in power system, and it is one mode that the practical and physical equipment can be inserted. At present, power system simulation technology has developed to be the phase of completed digital real-time simulation, and the real-time and closed loop are regarded as the orientation of protective relay test equipment. DDRTS possesses superior technical function index and the higher cost performance, and it breaks the long-time monopolized aspect of external product in this field, and it provides the more effective test method for raising the technical level and safe producing ability of power system in our country. The research on power system real-time simulation technique is presented in this paper at first, and the data delaying storing method which used in DDRTS is analyzed. On the basis, use the system construct the model of practical Wu Hai electric network and do several typical electromagnetic transient test and analyze and sum up the test result.
