This paper submitted and solved a new issue that considering the influence of photovoltaic grid-connected system in the short-term load forecasting. This paper established a large-scale photovoltaic power generation output model that has the total power of 30MW, and analyzed the PV system output characteristics and the factors that impact the photovoltaic system output, and obtained the date of the PV system output based on the meteorological data of the Baoding region and the radiation data provided by the NASA for the Baoding region. This paper established a photovoltaic system output forecast model based on the SVM regression method. The feasibility and validity of the method in this paper is proved by practical example. Based on the SVM regression method, this paper establishes a short term load forecasting model considering the photovoltaic power generation output. The simulation results show that the forecasting model is effective and reliable. Based on the SVM regression method this paper established two short-term load forecasting model photovoltaic system output forecast model considering photovoltaic grid-connected system. The results show the model one has high prediction accuracy and more effective and reliable than model two.
