Research Of The Railway Cargo Bills' Accounting And The Information's Management System

With the rapid development of science and the rapid popularization of information technology, the information system audit has entered a practical stage. The fundamental theory, the technical system, and the implementation means of railway cargo bill accounting analysis have changed greatly, especially during the production process it involves more scale of data, which makes the request of the railway cargo bill accounting speed higher and higher, while the traditional handwork cargo bill audit mainly depends on individual's subjective initiative, and in the aspect of management mode and efficiency, it has not been able to meet the requirements of daily production. The system on the one hand owns the audit characteristics of the concrete data information; on the other hand also has audit function on other information systems such as "cargo bill making system".The paper starts with the business rules and foundation of the audit information system, analyzing the application of the system on the railway cargo bill accounting and management information system, combining with the system's concrete application requirement analysis, the paper researches on the calculating method and design principle of the railway cargo bill accounting and analysis system in the aspects of dependability, security and validity. The paper brings forward the concrete system structure, expatiates about the foundation of the subsystem such as cargo bill accounting management, statistical analysis and basic data maintenance, at the same time advances the detailed design projects aim at the system's main database structure and the interface with other systems. Lastly, the paper makes the primary study on the future development of the system on improving general system and business integration, normalizing revenue management information and enhancing perfect time effectiveness maintenance mechanism.At present, the system has been offered many conveniences to the railway cargo bill audit, calculating and analysis.
