| In the urban tunnel construction, the safety of the pipes is a key technical problem which in the city modernization urgently awaits to be solved. Tunnel excavation will change the balance of soil around the tunnel, resulting in the deformation and displacement of the soil, as well as the pipes, which make the internal forces of the pipes redistribute. Thus, the existing pipe might face risks on safety. In this paper, the impact on soil and pipes caused by runnel construction has been studied and the main contents include:1. Safety determination methods and protective measures of underground are summarized and the relationship between the pipe deformations parameter and the surface subsidence is analyzed. Taking a waste water pipe in Hang Zhou as the example, through finite element method, the influence which the pipe receives in the construction is predicted.2. The sensitivity of parameters is approached, including the distance between pipe and tunnel, the elastic modulus of pipe and the buried depth of pipes.3. The influences to the soil around the underground pipe brought by tunnel construction are analyzed, mainly including soil modulus, wall thickness of the pipes, the buried depth of the tunnel and the tunnel diameter. Some principles are obtained, which provides a good reference for the safety evaluation of underground pipes. |
