Research On Robust Stage Plan Of Railway Marshalling Station

Marshalling station stage plan arranges the classification operation for three or four hours and it affects the operation quality and profit of the station. With the development of information technology, to enhance operational efficiency, some marshalling stations change the traditional method of fixed dispatching plan to the dynamic and robustness plan with short cycle. On the basic of the existing researches, this dissertation studied stage plan for the purpose of get a robust stage plan. The main studying works are as follows:At first, considering some uncertain factors of operating process, such as the break-up time and make-up time of trains, this paper puts forward a stochastic dependent-chance programming model of stage plan and the heuristic algorithm to solve the model.Secondly, based on the data of Fengtai West Marshalling Station, this thesis analyses the probability distribution of the arrival time, break-up time and the make-up time of the trains.Thirdly, this dissertation analyses the redundancy of the related information of stage plan for the purpose of selecting the correct information to make a better robust stage plan. Then, this thesis establishes the mechanism of information-update and plan adjustment to adapt to the change of information.At last, this thesis imposes an example based on the data of the Fengtai West Marshalling Station to examine the researches mentioned above. And then analyses the impact of train delay, train break-up time and train make-up time to the stage plan. Combines with scientific research project, this paper develops the stage plan decision support system.
