The Establishment Of Longitudinal Load Spectrum Of 5000 Tons Category Universal Open Wagon C₇₀

Speed-up and heavy load is the developing direction of our country railway transportion.During the "11th Five"period 120 km/h, 5,000 tons grouping of freight trains will be comprehensively started. In order to guarantee the safe operation of trains, establishing the actual line longitudinal load spectrum, renewing design standard and the experimental standard of our country freight vehicle structure through the line measure, has become an extremely urgent work.Based on the longitudinal load characteristics of the freight vehicle utilization, referring to the load spectrum of the American AAR machinematters standard, This article discusses many theories questions and processing methods which is ecpunted in the establishment longitudinalload spectrum, elaborats concrete content and the step ,and tries to establish n longitudinal load based on the measured data in line .The main works are as following:1) longitudinal load test: including longitudinal loads which happen in the line and ones which occur in the switchyard.2) the test data processing: by imitating the environment load spectrum of the AAR standard , the longitudinalload sample spectrum will be established.3) According to the freight vehicle longitudinal stresscondition loads will be divided into switchyard conditions,brake condition,ease conditin and so on.Then based on survey statistics and samples of various spectral condition, the preparation of the actual operation longitudinal load spectrum will be established.4) Based on the load spectrum which is established, the life of the 16 hookstails frame is estimated and the life by utilizing the AAR load spectrum is compared.
