High voltage inverter is the core of high voltage transducer. It will develop expansively in present industrial society which advocates thrift and reducing costs.This frequency conversion and timing system can enhance transducer's efficiency.this system has favorable dynamic performance and agile control manner. And harmonic is low in output voltage, this could reduce harmonic harm. So it plays a very important role in using clean energy, also could improve system's stability.Firstly, this paper describes system structure of there-level inverter. Analyse the principle of diode-suppress-voltage structure. Explain its relative advantage and switch's mutual transfer in work. It takes the method of space vector when chooses the control strategy of inverter to provide academic assist. Explain principle of each switch state's effectual time and sequence based on mathematic model on space vector and run area of referenced voltage. Bringing forward two mathematic methods in controlling neutral-point voltage and applying them to control inverter by analyzing control strategy of nentral-point voltage. At last, advancing new double polarity control strategy is to realize the best control of neutral-point voltage.Three-level inverter and control strategy is simulated by founding MATLAB stimulant model. New control strategy is approved by founding SVPWM mathematic model. Finally,building stimulant platform by DSP to analyse DSP's CPU,program control,affair manager,simulation-numeral transform,serial communication interface. Design main circuit,electrify cushion circuit,PWM signal generate,current and voltage sampling,fiber drive and protect circuit. and conceive program flow chart of calculational model,control and interrupt program,SVPWM and V/f program.
