The definition, meaning and characteristics of the green concrete were systematic analyzed in this paper, and it was believed that the green concrete was the final development direction of concrete material. According to previous researches, the viewpoint that the green concrete must be the high performance concrete at least was proposed in the paper, and the characteristics of the green concrete were redefined. It's commanded that some new characteristics should be the important components of the green concrete, and the new ones included the high hydrated degree of the cement, the"highly effective"materials and"making the best use of material", low"performance-wasting". The vigorous development of environment- protection and high performance cementitious material was prior to the extensive use of the green concrete, because the environment-protection and high performance cementitious material was the most key factor of the green concrete. However, there had been relatively few investigations of the aspect at present. The burning question to vigorously develop the green concrete is that a kind of environment-protection cementitious material of low consumption should be developed peremptorily.EMC(Energetically modified cement) technology played a key role in the process of the transformation from normal concretes to the green concrete for its merits of the simple technics, the remarkable improvement to concrete performance and energy conservation. The paper attempted to advance an environment-protection and high performance cementitious composites by combining the EMC technology with the foundational theory of the concrete. Before the work, its characteristics and influence to concrete were analyzed in detail at first. The experiments which take RPC as the carrier obtained some good results, which indicated the use of the EMC technology enabled the mechanical properties of RPC to be improved greatly. The influence factors of EMC technology including the water-reducing agent, water-binder ratio, cementitious system and the conservation regime were analyzed. The results showed that the factors influence the RPC based on EMC technology to a certain degree. On the other hand, EMC technology itself, tended to make the performance of the RPC become more steadily.To produce more"highly effective"green cementitious material, the numerical analysis method of synergistic effect was proposed in this paper. According to the method, the compatibility between the EMC technology and other high performance technology ways including nano-technology were deeply analyzed. The results showed a great synergistic effect and a good consistency among them. Finally the EMC technology was used to make an environment-protection and high performance cementitious composite. The reasonable cementitious system was selected, and then the optimization using the foundational theory of the concrete and the intelligent control method was carried on. A kind of cementitious material which can save cement(cement only accounted for a half of the cementitious material) was advanced, and the compressive strength of the RPC with the cementitious material was above 130MPa。...
