With the entry of 21st century and the coming of global manufacturing age, manufacturing environments being more dynamic and competitive, market demand and environment/social pressures require modern manufacturing systems to adapt themselves to become more agile, intelligent and integrated systems. Dynamic scheduling in manufacture, understood as the problem of suitable assignment of manufacturing resources to tasks/jobs within a specialized time window and coping with a set of constraints, was a major problem in manufacturing research and development. So in the new situation in manufacturing environments, there are needs to develop new methods and new mechanisms to solve the agile production-scheduling problem。Several problems in this field have been studied in depth and some good results have been obtained in this dissertation. The key route of the research and the relative research work are following:(1) Summary on the old literature, analyze its characteristic, Point out the deficiency of the dynamic job shop scheduling.(2) Targeting to the problems in the state of the art approaches to integration of process planning and scheduling, such as the well predefined process plans can not be followed strictly by the schedules due to unpredictable disturbances occurred in shop floor, a reactive scheduling based on maximum forward vision was proposed to solve the unpredictable events; Thus the N-P complete problem is eliminated. The reactive scheduling system can minimize the disturbances occurred by unpredictable events by making local repairation to the system, also improve the performance of activeness.(3)Prototype system frame based on integration of planning and scheduling was proposed, it contains three modules:1) The user interface;2) The scheduling algorithm 'engine';3) The dynamic database(4) Adopting the Doubly Cross-linked List data structure to design the reactive dynamic data base; The base model architecture of the reactive dynamic ensures the information transform seamlessly between the planning and scheduling.4) Finally. From the above analysis of the experiment results, a general conclusion can be drawn that the interactive approach can improve the system performance comparing with conventional automatic approach.
