When vehicles go through the bridge, the bridge causes vibration. At this time, the structure of bridge not only bears static action, but also bears the moving load and inertia of vibration of bridge and the vehicle. Dynamic effect of vehicles generates vibration of the upper structure of the bridge, bridge's vibration may be too large as to affect running safety of vehicle and stability .When the dynamic varying frequency of the vehicle is equal to or close to the natural frequency of the bridge structure, resonance may aggravate dynamic response. These are vibration problems.In recent years, with the rapid development of China's economy, the speed of vehicles greatly improve, the bridge structure tends light and large span, problems of vehicle-bridge coupling have become increasingly prominent, and therefore the engineering sectors increasingly attach the factors of affecting train-bridge coupling vibration.Today, the system simulation and scientific computing which is independent of the theoretical research and experimental study is a basic scientific activity. It is no longer just thought as auxiliary means of theoretical study and the experimental study. Now people can use three types basic scientific activity: theoretical research, experimental research and system simulation, scientific computing to do science and technology research. In the past 100 years, the bridge engineers have done a lot of research about vehicle-bridge coupling vibration under moving loads. However, due to also considering moving loads and the quality of bridge, the system vibration differential equations are the coupling changeable coefficient equations, the solution to the problem has been great difficult. Different simplified models were adopted in the done studies, solved using the numerical methods. And in past as the complexity of the bridge system, establishing the system simulation model is difficult, few people do system simulation under vehicle-bridge coupling vibration .Based on mechanical model of train-bridge coupling vibration, using MATLAB/Simulink which has powerful system simulation' function, under vehicle-bridge coupling vibration the simulation model of simple beam dynamic response is established , and under vehicle-bridge coupling vibration system simulation of bridge dynamic response is realized. The simulation experiment's results and the results of the numerical solution shows ensuring accuracy ,at the same time method of system simulation has more rapid, simple and flexible feature.In this paper, sum up and learn from predecessors' research results, expand analysis for bridge response of simple beam under train-bridge coupling vibration to do actual research of dynamic response of vehicle-bridge, fully understand the principle of the dynamic interaction of vehicle-bridge system the law of dynamic response of vehicle-bridge, and provide a theoretical basis for the bridge design.
