With the rapid development of microelectronics technology, electric remote-controlled model aircraft and the development of technological progress very rapidly. Its most revolutionary technological advancement is the adoption of electronic governor control of a brushless DC motor with a strong sense of the dynamic systems and polymer lithium batteries as an energy supply system. Consequently, electric remote-controlled model aircraft entered a new era completely better than fuel engine model aircraft.In the area of the model with brushless motors instead of the traditional motor has become inevitable. Firstly, the model used in the field of brushless motors advantage is obvious. Secondly, the high efficiency brushless motor, the general efficiency of a motor brush in the 50% to 60%, while the efficiency brushless motor is usually not less than 80%. So get the same power, brushless motor smaller and lighter than the traditional motors. Brushless motor does not work as sparks interference, nor Brush wear, therefore more conducive to a brushless motor remote control, and long service life, and basic maintenance-free.By researching the electronic speed controller of power system, this paper analyze the common methods of sensor-less control, back-EMF method is used in this paper, PWM modulate mode, and start method, expatiate the key technology of this controller involved. Than designed the hardware base on C8051F and the software.Remote device system the model is the important elements of this paper by using a remote control device designed two MCU P87LPC767/768 as remote coding/decoding circuit, through radio serial data transmission technology, using its flexible and diverse programming skills and simple hardware circuit, the model aircraft to achieve a high-performance ratio control, greatly reduced the cost of the hardware.
