At present,the production efficiency of the bottle-making is relatively low in our country.But overseas bottle-making technology is developing to the electromechanical integration and intellectualization.Thus there is a broad prospect developing the bottle-making.The servo AC motor control system is the core of the bottle-making machine.AC permanent-magnet synchronous motor control system is a typical nonlinear system.Due to the nonlinear factor of system,the internal time-variable parameters and the change of load,the dynamic characteristics of the system show great differences.This causes grasping the system operation environment and establishing exact mathematical model of the controlled process to be quite difficult.The traditional linear constant parameter PID controller is very difficult to achieve the satisfying results.Considering the neural network control not rely on the system model,which has the formidable nonlinear mapping ability, self-learning ability,associative memory ability,the parallel information processing way and the fine fault-tolerant performance,it is introduced to the controlling of AC permanent-magnet synchronous motor,expected that obtains permanent-magnetism synchronous machine's high performance control.This thesis' main research results are as follow:In order to realize the real-time monitoring of the bottle-making system,the thesis designs the CAN bus interface card based on the PIC24 series, accomplishments the communications between the upper computer and the lower computer,and points out several problems in the realization of CAN bus communication.Firstly,the thesis analyzes permanent-magnetism synchronous motor's unique feature,establishes permanent-magnetism synchronous motor's mathematical model by the coordinate transformation,studies the vector control algorithm of the permanent-magnetism synchronous motor and the examination method of the rotor position,designs i_d=0 control structure by uniting the conventional PID control algorithm.Secondly,introduces neural network's basic principle.Taking the BP neural network,the RBF neural network and the Elman neural network as examples, respectively deduces the algorithms of the feed forward neural network and the feed back neural network;carries on the identification of neural network system to the permanent-magnetism synchronous motor.The simulation result of the BP neural network and the RBF neural network indicates that the neural network can approach the PMSM control system's characteristic by very high precision.Finally,researches intelligent control algorithm of the permanent-magnetism synchronous motor;gives one kind of BP the neural network PID controller which is used in permanent-magnetism synchronous motor.The simulation result indicates that the fuzzy self-turning PID control's response speed is quick,overshoot is small,the ability of resistance is better.Based on the driving system's research of the bottle-making permanent-magnetism synchronous motor,the thesis organically combines the vector control strategy and the neural network control technology,which has the biggish practical value.
