The main cause of package damage is shock and vibration during transportation. Now cushion packaging is the best way to protect package against damage. Cushion packaging is using cushion technology to protect products. But the cushion packaging does not properly taking into account the characteristics of the products and the transport conditions. In many cases, cushion packaging is either inadequate or excessive. In this paper, a new transport package system is raised. The use of Tie Down tool in the system can effectively link the truck and package, protecting the excessive packaging and package damage.At present the research of the dynamic characteristic of the vehicle-package model is really few. And the research on the use of Tie Down in the packaging transport system is still blank. This paper will provide a new modeling and analysis methods for the design of cushion packaging.The paper use the EQ1156W3 truck and B50 Tie Down as the research object according the actual situation of the Tie Down used to goods transport of TOPSUN GROUP CO., LTD. In order to simulate the road surface, we refer to the national standard ISO/TC108/SC2N67 and Changchun vehicle graduate school Vehicle Vibration Input Express of the road irregularity. The power spectrum density and the time domain model of random road excitation based on existing random road excitation datum are summarized. Considering the correlation of the four wheels input that the time is delayed between the front and rear wheel, the four-wheel road power spectrum destiny matrix and time domain model conform to the characters of the actual road are founded.According to the need for studying the problem, the dynamic model of packaging transport system planar five-freedom and special eight-freedom is developed. Also the dynamic model of package two-freedom is built. The corresponding math model is concluded. Through the software Matlab/Simulink, the curves of some important indexes are observed in the time domain. By comparing the simulation results, proving the use of Tie Down is correct and reasonable. At the end, the simulation research about the change of Tie Down parameters show that building model and selecting parameters are correct and effective. Selecting different levels of road, changing the load volume and vehicle speed, the more realistic random road excitation under different road conditions will be realized. As system input, the response in the time domain of vibration system can use to study the dynamic performance of truck. At the same time, it also applies a reference which different goods select corresponding parameters' Tie Down.
