The Analysis On Loading Mechanism Of The CFG Pile Composite Foundation With Long Tube Pump Pressure

This paper introduced a new foundation reinforcement technology--CFG pilecomposite foundation with long tube pump pressure. The process is an integrity system composed of long spiral drill, concrete pumps and concrete mixers. Since the construction has special advantages, it has become the preferred technology in the city and neighborhood.Firstly, through collecting large number of information of CFG pile composite foundation with long tube pump pressure, this paper summed up its construction technology and construction process, frequently problems and quality control measures in construction, force characters of composite foundation under the vertical load and so on.Secondly, by the use of the tool of finite element program--ANSYS ,this paperdid the 3D numerical simulation analysis on the work traits of CFG pile composite foundation with long tube pump pressure which is under the vertical load. From the results, pile displacement distribution curve, the axial stress distribution curve and pile-lateral friction distribution curve were gained. Through the in-depth analysis of these curves, load transfer mechanism of CFG pile composite foundation with long tube pump pressure were summed up.Thirdly, finite element simulation analysis on various factors (including cushion modulus and thickness, soil modulus at the end of the pile, the pile length and pile modulus) were did in this paper. From the results, lots of stress and strain curves were obtained. Using these curves, the in-depth analysis on the factors were did. By examples of various projects, using the p - s curves, failure mode and mechanism of CFG pile composite foundation with long tube pump pressure were summed up.Finally, this article compared the economic indicators of the CFG pile composite foundation with long tube pump pressure and other piles.The results shows that the CFG pile composite foundation is more economic.Through the above analysis and research, the paper established a more complete theoretical system about CFG pile composite foundation with long tube pump pressure, which provides a theoretical basis for the design and application of CFG pile composite foundation with long tube pump pressure in the future.
