A new type of technology flow-charts for design and simulation of hydration process and 3D mesostructure for cements is introduced. In view of the process of cement hydration, providing a new method to establish cement's hydration module, which is a digital image-based, overlook the details of chemical reaction and integrating with Cellular Automata (CA) technology module. Offer a new idea for the research and the development of the endurance of the cements.In the module, cement particles are representative by pixels. Every phase only has one ID, and can be quota, and placed statistics randomly. A kind of color is connected with a kind of ID. Through these qualitative and quantity analysis can be combined well.Programmed a software—CemtureShop. It can simulate the mixing process of cement-based materials at random w/c ratio; especially simulate the cement's hydration process on the computer. According to CA, simulated the mesostructure of the hydration process of cement in different age, then analyses and calculate, in order to obtain the hydration level of each composition of the cement clinker, and the fraction of each hydration production, and the pores fraction of the harden cement, and the distribution of the pores, and etc. The most important is to predict the strength of cement-based composite materials after hardening. By means of analyses and calculate five kinds of cements, simulated each cements' mesostructure in different age and predicted its corresponding strength.Using CemtureShop one can experiment on computer screen. Based on the particle size distribution and oxides' fraction, computer can simulate the mesostructure and predict the strength at different age. Overcome the shortcoming of hand work. Predict whether the cement is up to standard or not. According to this one can choose the most excellent material and w/c ratio, and achieve the purpose of saving pay, reducing workers, shorten experiment age, cutting down the reproduction of experiment, decrease the polluting to the environment.
