| Cylindrical elasticity sleeve (CES) expansion-joints is a new way of expansion-joints. It has characteristics of simple structure, big transmission torque, easy for assembling and dismantling and so on. This article uses the method which bases on the theoretical and experimental study, analysis separately important attributes of transmission torque of expansion-joints, provides the basis for the promoted application.Study expansion-joints'structure and principle of work by using materials mechanics method, infer theoretical formula of relationship of bolt's force and CES transmission torque. By using finite element theory, model in finite element software and load the boundary condition according to the actual situation, as the result, obtain CES expansion-joints transmission torque under certain bolt pulling force, confirmation theoretical formula.In order to obtain actual situation of CES expansion-joints transmission torque, do experiments on the cylindrical elasticity sleeve torque table. Mainly carries on three groups of experiments, named the bolt pulling force demarcation experiment, the relationship between bolt pulling force and CES transmission torque and influence experiment of the tolerance clearance to transmission torque. Finally obtains the relationship between the bolt pulling force, the tolerance clearance and transmission torque of CES expansion-joints, also known as experimental formula of CES transmission torque, examination and supplement to theoretical formula.This article has carried on the theory and the experimental system research to CES expansion-joints, inferring the theory formula by using materials mechanics and the finite element theory, examination and supplement to formula through the experiment. This method has the instruction meaning to research on the expansion-joints and the mechanical spare part. |
