Distribution system is the most important system of municipal water supply system, account for more than half the investment of the whole system, use a great deal of energy, and the running circumstantiality affect water quality. So it is necessary to study on the economy rationality of distribution system, discuss how to choose the pipe diameter rationally, lay the pumping station, to reduce the investment, saving energy and ensure the secutity of water supply.After the DSM(demand side manage) electrovalency, water supply industry has to opitimize the system to make the expenses least, in condition of meet the water quantity, hydraulic pressure or water quality.The thesis emphases thought over the influence on the optimization of distribution system of DSM electrovalence, on the base of traditional optimization theory, adjusted different period of time of running curve of the second step pumping station, via reduce the high electrovalency running time of the pumps, increase the low electrovalency running time to reduce the electricity cost of water supply enterprise, at the same time, setup water tower or perch pool, to adjust the quantity. As the example in chapter5, the optimization increased the cost of building the modulation appurtenance, but could reduce the running cost of the distribution, and reduce the cost everyyear, was significative to increase the economy and community benefit of the water supply system.
