| With the fast development of the economic, automobiles gradually become the main source of air pollutions, particular, the increasing percentage of diesel vehicles in the whole power vehicles makes the diesel engine emissions strongly need control. Diesel engines emit a great deal of PM and NO_x, and decrease PM and NO_x is the key to limit the diesel engine emissions.The main aim of the thesis is to decrease NO_x efficiently, study the arrangement of EGR system and control strategy, develop a control system of EGR, Subordinately, the technology for reducing both NO_x and PM is also studied.Based on electronically control technology, the EGR control MAP is worked out by the different engine mode tests. The result of experiment showed that the EGR system match the engine well, the NO_x could be decrease efficiently while the negative influence on other emission and the performance of engine was limited. |
