Most of the EHV transmission line failure is the transient fault, and auto-reclosing technology can improve the reliability of electricity power and the stability of system greatly. However, the reclosing of the permanent fault system stability and electrical equipment will bring against the short-circuit the normal state even more serious, Although we can choose reclosing time and can improve impact of the stability of system which the electricity power system was reclosed, the impact of the equipment of the reclosing of permanent fault is inevitable. In order to eliminate disserve in the permanent fault on the power system hazards, we should determine the type of fault to achieve adaptive reclosing. This paper focus on adaptive reclosing of the fault byr the fault phase voltage signal analysis to find permanent fault and the fault of instantaneous criterion. The main content of this paper is the following:1) Extensive reading the relevant books and the adaptive auto-reclosing on the actuality at home and abroad, we research and analysis the system to find the key of the problem.2)EHV transmission lines on the single-phase transient fault or permanent failure of the electrical process of change is given, while the results of research on the combustion characteristics of the arc, the first arc, the second arc, the arc arc at the blaze, failure the restoration of several different voltage fault transient and steady-state phase is researched and analysised further.3)Adaptive auto-reclosing of the existing criterion is analysised and studyed, and that the problems that exist. And a parallel reactor compensation adaptive transmission line single-phase reclosing comprehensive criterion and EHV-Shunt Reactor adaptive transmission line single-phase voltage fault reclosing discriminant method are summed up.4)ATP-simulation is verified using EMTP the conclusion of the analysis.By simulation, verification discriminant method of the ATP-EMPT,the way of EHV transmission lines adaptive single-phase reclosing is effective and reliable. 5)Reclosing devices introduced hardware and software designig concepts and requirements, as well as various and the process flow chart function modules.6)The summary of this thesis put forward the need for further research and analysis.
