In this paper, the model is based on Luji substation 35kV power distribution system. Simulations about ferroresonances in malfunctions of Arc earthed, single phase grounding disappear and wire-break in different capacitance current are performed with ATP-EMTP. The prevention measurements include connecting nonlinear resistance to the neutral point of three-phase PT high voltage side, connecting an arc-extinguishing winding to the neutral point of power system, connecting damping resistance to the broken delta winding of three-phase PT and so on. The simulating conclusion is that connecting nonlinear resistance to the neutral point of three-phase PT high voltage side is a good prevention measurement in there malfunctions. In little capacitance current system, nonlinear resistance is performed better than arc-extinguishing winding. In large capacitance current system, the thing is reversed.
