Film cooling is one kind of cooling technology used to cool wall surface by the high performance gas turbine and the aircraft engine hot part currently. The film cooling performance is decided by the flow quality nearby cooling holes. This article taking a single cooling hole in a flat plate as the geometry model, using the CFD numerical simulation method, under given cross flow speed and blowing ratios, study the flow characteristic nearby rectangular jet holes perpendicular to a flat plate with three different aspect ratios. Under the condition that computation results were tallied with experimental data, this paper analyzed the three dimensional steady flow field structures. At the same time, under different blowing ratios, the flow structures nearby straight holes and curved holes are analyzed and contrasted. And study of the 3D unsteady flow nearby the curved hole exit with the blowing ratio of 1.5 has been carried out. This article also studies the influence of pulse-cooling flow on the flow structure nearby cooling holes. Under given cross flow speed, study of the 3D unsteady flow structure nearby the straight hole and the curved hole has been carried out for three different pulsed jet velocities.
