At present, the method for calculating and monitoring the tube wall temperature of platen super-heater in a furnace chamber is not exact. Aiming at finding the maximum tube temperature on the platen super-heater, and providing a basis for pipe wall material selection and the wall temperature monitoring sites selection,the change tendency of tube temperature of the platen super-heater has been researched, while the steam flow and heat flux is changing, using FLUENT to couple steam and the flue gas fields which are two independent compute-fields, taking a boiler of HG-670/13.7-YM13 for example. This method for calculating the wall temperature is different from old ones which considered the gas filed and steam flux separately.
