Direct methanol fuel cell (DMFC) which concentrates all merit of proton exchange membrane fuel cell, is future development direction of fuel cells. This paper starts with the direct of gas-liquid mass transfer of porous electrode in DMFC, focus on how to dispose the in channel. Contrary to conventional conception which thinks should get rid of the as soon as possible from the anode flow field. Existing investigate finds that an external addition of non-reaction gases to the anode flow field of a direct methanol fuel cell lead to improved cell performance. On the basis of this, we carry out simplification on the model of DMFC, build the physical model, build the experiment platform .At the same time, we build the mathematical mode. Through the way of experiment observes and theoretical analysis, we educe the impacts of electrode entrance flow condition over penetration in porous media. Finally, we contrast our result with experiment of the performance of DMFC in existing document; accordingly verify the validity that we study. We hope provide a few references to the design and amelioration of DMFC. CO2CO2...
