In the field of Coal Mining , the advanced technology for mining is integrated excavate coal. Scraper conveyor should be the most significant equipment for excavating coal. In this paper, the development process and actuality of scraper conveyor at home and aboard are reviewed, then the scraper conveyor's basic configuration is introduced and the questions with scraper conveyor in our nation. The track base as the important part, exists execrable and complicated going, so it is very important to analyze the track base.Fatigue destroy is one of the machine disabled reason and the repeating force is usually much less than the "safety" force of analyses in static state. So doing fatigue research is great important. Fatigue is a filiation of solid mechanics, which does research of material and structure intension in repeating force as well as connection between stress and fatigue life.First, the entity model of the track base is built in Pro/Engineer based on a coal mine machine production corporation, and is analyzed in Patran-Nastran for stress .Then it is analyzed for fatigue life based on stress. Fatigue analysis covers three side : total life analysis,crack grown and crack expansion. At last an improving method is given by the analysis of track base as well as the life data.
