With enhancement of air-launched rocket's tactical performance, how to improve the accuracy of air-launched rocket becomes an urgent problem. As a low cost guidance technology, the simplified guidance technology is a new approach to improve rocket's performance. This paper refers to the development of guided rocket and do some study from system design.Firstly, the thesis introduces overall scheme of guided rocket's system which is analyzed and designed in the foundation of study the requirement of military and tactics technique, and analyses the guided rocket performances, proposes a technical approach to obtain low cost.Secondly, the model and calculation are created in the thesis for kill probability, ammunitions consumption to the expected damage probability, and the cost of each firing. In view of different typical goals, the thesis makes analysis on cost-effectives of guided rocket, and contrasts it with the missile and the unguided rocket.Moreover, the general layout of the structure and aerodynamic characteristics are studied; The flight guidance law of simplified guidance of rocket are calculated; The air-launched guided rocket's spin characteristics are studied and the methods to decreasing spin are proposed; The theoretical analysis are proved based on hardware-in-the-closed-loop simulation.A way for guidance is explored by applied research in simple guided air-launched rocket, and some solutions for the rocket to modify guidance are proposed.
