Design And Application Of The Ice Storage Air Conditioning Control System

The control system of the new type air-conditioning system--ice storage air-conditioning system was designed and taken into practice in a cool station project for Shaanxi provincial government.Firstly the author introduced the development and background of the ice storage air-conditioning control system , then analyzed the method and steps of design and application of BAS and computer technology in the ice storage air-conditioning .At last a thoughtfully study was made to the design and realization of the computer technology in different operation mode of the ice storage air-conditioning.Secondly, After analyzed a lot of literatures, SIEMENS S7-200 PLC was selected as the site controller according to the HVAC drawings and the desire of technological requirements., and a special software STEP7-MICR0/WIN was used to design the control system, function modules and control programs. At the same time , another industry control software which is popular in China was used to develop the human -machine interface. There were some solutions to the problem of the different operation mode of the ice storage air-condition .Some changes was made to compensate for the drawback of engineer application of the air-conditioning control system , such as alternating running, standby switch and number control and so on .These will give a good reference to engineer practice.After a long term running, the control system was proved to be safe, reliable and feasible . Every demand of the design was met and it can also achieve the goal of saving energy.
