| Various vehicles are playing an increasingly important roles in modern life. The rapid increase of the number of cars causes air pollution, traffic congestion, oil price rising and other issues, which prompt people to carry on an intensive study of electric vehicles. Electric vehicles can be mainly divided into electric vehicles with the rudders and electric vehicles without the rudders. This paper mainly studies control system of the electric vehicle without the rudders.First, the article introduces the principle of the electric vehicles operation, researches the differents in dynamics between electric vehicle with rudders and the one without the rudders, studies the principle of negative feedback and designs a new electronic differential control strategy based on analysis of the existing representative electronic differential algorithm. And then researchs the control strategy using MATLAB simulintion software. The result indicates that this new differential control strategy works well in all of the running state, and it is more simple, and can be applied in practice more easily.Second, brushless DC motor is used as the driving motor of electric vehicles, the experiment is carried out based on DSP, the plain stage is structured, and the DSP programs are compiled also. Finally, the dual-motor control system is designed, the single motor plain stage is improved, and the dual-motor coordination hardware protection circuit is designed. |
