The research states of buffeting analysis of bridges was reviewed in the thesis at first, and it made clear that the aerodynamic admittance plays a very importance role in buffeting analysis. Taking more research of aerodynamic admittance will become a tendency to the elaborate buffeting analysis in future, however, it is not satisfied. By means of wind tunnel test and theoretical analysis, the aerodynamic admittance testing and analysis of the decks of typical long span bridges has been carried out in the paper. Following five aspects have been covered in context:1. By reviewing and summarizing the research results on aerodynamic admittance done before (involved with origin, theories, test and measures of aerodynamic admittance, etc.), the concept and physical significance of aerodynamic admittance was defined clearly.2. Grid generated turbulence was used in wind tunnel. Three aerodynamic admittances of the decks of typical bridges were identified by using high frequency base balance and hot-wire anemometer at the turbulence field.3. Through analyzing, discussing and comparing the test results, some important conclusions were drawn.4. The experimental curves of aerodynamic admittances of three typical bridges have been fitted. The aerodynamic admittances which were measured at given conditions can be used as a reference to the calculations of civil engineering.5. The results of aerodynamic admittances testing was applied to buffeting analyzing of Guo Zi Gou cable-stayed bridge, the results of aerodynamic admittances showing in this paper are reasonable.
