| Grouting as a more mature construction technology, is subjected to a wide range of applications in most projects. The cost and effect of grouting into ground are closely related with the diffusion of grout and distribution of ground. At the same time, various new grouting materials, new technology and an endless stream of new equipment has greatly promoted the development of grouting technology. But grouting Theory has the slow progress, especially in fractured rock masses, the level of research is very backward. Mainly because of grouting works is a covert project, but is a complex systems engineering, affected by many factors, the theoretical formula now available can not exactly predict cost and effect of grouting.This thesis reviews the development, present research situation and existent problem of grouting theory, introduces the basic concept of fractal theory and the calculating method of fractal dimension. Basing on that, it discusses the fractal character of fractured rock masses discontinuities, and the feasibility of taking the fractal dimension of fractured rock masses discontinuity determine grouting parameters on the size of the impact of the diffusion of grouting, aiming at the self-resembling character of rock mass discontinuities and combining a mine instance.In order to make fractured rock masses discontinuity of the network computer simulation can truly reflect the actual situation at the scene, It writes a discontinuity network-simulating program, which is practical and whose operation is simple, using VBA in the AutoCAD environment, and applies the program to simulating a mine's rock masses discontinuities. On the base of these simulating drawings, applying Box-dimension method calculates the fractal dimension of discontinuity distribution, and testifies the fractal character of fractured rock masses discontinuity distribution.This thesis adopts discrete element program UDEC as compute tool, Daye Iron Mountain Mining District surrounding rock grouting was simulated, A detailed analysis of grouting diffusion regularity and sensitivity of grouting parameter in four different fractal dimension of fractured rock masses were carried out, the results showed that: the fractal dimension of fractured rock masses discontinuity to a certain extent, affect the diffusion regularity of grouting, at the same time, different fractal dimension of fractured rock masses grouting of the sensitivity of changes in the parameters are also different. |
