Following the progress of national economy, the traffic and transport are more and more strain and becoming an important factor of restricting the economic development. Currently the traffic condition cries for relax and improvement. As a new-style land vehicle, the magnetic levitation vehicles rely on electromagnetic forces to suspend the train on the railway and advance by linear synchronous motor. They can run placidly at high speed without wheels and transmission machines. Since the magnetic levitation vehicles have low maintenance prices and circumstance pollution, They have favorable development foreground.The paper analyses iron core linear drive systems and the air core Linear drive systems ,in the air core linear drive systems the LSM is of the air core type and superconducting coils are used both to levitate the vehicle and to produce the motor exictation for ;in the iron core linear drive systems the LSM is of the iron core type and conventional coils are used.characteristic of thrust and levitation force of the linear synchronous motor is of great importance for the drive of the maglev train. The model of (LSM) for electromagnetic field analysis is established under reasonable assumptions. Based on this model, The analytical expression of thrust and levitation force of LSM is also obtained.It can provied powerful ensure for the study hypervelocity magnetic levitation vehicle technology.The paper calculate scharacteristic of levitation,propulsion in the core linear drive system and air core linear drive system, We draw a conclusion that in existence maglev systems can't accomplish function in hypervelocity maglev trains We create unceasing new drive ways ,for emample improving propulsion , minishing the aerodynamic resistance.the paper start out suggestion about improving vacuum pipeline system and keep down modle of (LSM) air core linear drive system . formcomeing into being new drive project.The paper is benefical to science .
