Along with the fast development of industry, the energy and the environment question receive the attention day by day. The screw expander surplus heat recovery as an energy saving technology is gradually valued by people. We build the theoretical foundation for the future practical application through this research.This thesis determines the theoretical cycle process of screw expander system through theoretical analysis and computer simulation. Through the analysis of influence to the double cycle systems, including three working substances vaporization temperature design method, pumps consumes, two kinds of heat interchangers, expand factor and so on. We obtain the most superior design method of working substance vaporization temperature; Reasonable heat interchanger form; Expand factor of screw expander and circulation working substance optimal choosing principle in different situation. During the computation of the single screw expander, we obtain the limiting condition of entrance. Through the economy and environmental protection analysis to the surplus heat recovery technology, It proves that this technology in raises the energy use efficiency and the environmental protection has the tangible effect.
