The Simulation For Field Experimentation Of CM Pile Groups And Analysis On Project With Grey Forcasting

With the development of the society and economy, CM pile groups is the new form of the foundation,also many productions have been acquired. Therefore,since the field prototype test of pile groups foundation is not been processed easily,the study of the behaviors of pile groups often makes use of the model test in the laboratory. And it is difficult for the latter to accurately simulate the practical status,so the result is not very perfectly. How to use the results from the field experimentation to forcast actual project is a problem that need to study.This paper has reviewed some fruit by other people and summarize the state of the art of CM pile groups. Build a model of pile groups by Using finite element software ANSYS on the basis of CM 4-pile groups. According to the actual project, the ANSYS model, which is a 3D model, has the same size, coefficient of soil strata , restriction and loading path. Giving analysis on displacement and stress of long pile,short pile and the soil strata. Because the data from ANSYS is almost the same with the measured data, it is illustrated that the model can reflect the actual project and also establish a foundation for the next work.On basis of the result of model the paper analyzed the settlement by using Grey method. Finding the rule of it and build a function of foundation settlement.Finally, this paper build and analyze a 9-pile groups, and compare the behaviors between the 4-pile and 9-pile groups. The paper find the interior link of displacement and stress for different piles through the comparison. The result of comparison shows that the transformation trend is almost the same under unit load. The function of settlement can be use to 9-pile groups. Settlement forcasring has been done on 9-pile groups, and the validity was validated by the calculation result of 9-pile model.The returns shows that CM pile groups can be used in soft foundation. We can gain the function of settlement from prototype experiment and the function can be used in actual project, which has the real value for project.
