The number of deep foundation pit projects has been increasing rapidly along with the increasing of high rising building, skyscrapers, and underground engineering. The design and operation of deep foundation pit support remain hot and be key technical problem in respect of safety and economy, due to many limitations in various ground and circumstance conditions. Shoring engineering of deep foundation excavation is the necessary part of temporary structure during the construction of foundation due to its low safety stock and high failure risk.This paper studied the soil anchor shoring technique in deep foundation pit engineering. Associating the introduction of the underground parking garage project of the second hospital, Hebei Medical University, this paper analyzed and chose appropriate soil anchor shoring project, calculated the design scheme of row-pile and anchor, analyzed the operation procedure, and measured the displacement of foundation pit. Then the soil anchor performance and operation technique were discussed by collecting, analyzing lots of engineering technique data, and summing up the engineering practical experience. Also the factors that influence the soil anchor were analyzed. This research prompted the achievement of the goal that the operation of deep foundation shoring engineering of the underground parking garage project is advanced in technique, economically rational, and operated rapidly, and provides practical experience and technique basis for the application of soil anchor shoring technique in similar engineering projects.
