When constructing deep excavation in soft area of subway, the first topics to be considered are the reduceing of the deformation of the deep excavation support wall, the expansion of the excavation and the removal of the stratum around excavation, be sure of the security of excavation and buildings around it.To solve the constructing puzzles of the Dongxing Lu Station ,on the basic of the superiors'searching results, this paper analyzed the reasons, and then ascertained the emphasis and difficulties in constructing, carried out the searching of construction technology according to it as well, in the end validated the results according to monitored data. This paper has summarized the reasons of deformation of excavation and the emphasis of construction and precaution, researched the key technology of keeping the diaphragm wall from sedimentation unproportioned and leaking water in constructing procedure of diaphragm wall. Consulted on other research of engineering, it has confirmed the parameter of dewatering , drainage, excavating and sustention constucting. It has also designed monitor plan such as the displacement and inner power of diaphragm wall, soil of excavation-swollen, inner power of sustention, stratum subsided out of excavation and the water level under the earth. The data collected from the construction procedure has proved that: each constructing technology of this paper studied is possible and successful .It can prevent deep excavation from excessively deformation and make sure of the security of constructing Dongxing Lu Station. It also has proved the rules of distortion of the protecting construction and the applicability of the"Tongji Star"Software as well. It also has provided successful experiences of excavation construction in other similar stations.
