Because of the local modification and temporary structures during the platform manufacture, there is often a great difference between the final weight and the designed one of the structure. In order to make sure of the project safety, it is necessary to weigh the platform after its prefabrication is finished, so that the accurate weight and center of gravity (CoG) can be ensured. Therefore, it is of great significance and value on project to research on the automatic weighing system.The automatic weighing system is composed of the hydraulic system, electric control system, the data acquisition and computer control system. On the basis of the automatic weighing system, the paper makes an analysis of several influence factors on the weighing precision; especially, it tells the importance of synchrocontrol precision relative to the weighing precision of the entire system, including the following contents:â… . It makes a comprehensive systemic analysis of the influence factors on measurement precision of the system, including measurement and load-bearing system, the out-of-step among the jacks of the spud legs, and the unevenness among the spud legs. And it establishes the corresponding mathematic models and calculation means.â…¡.It improves the original weighing control system. The proportional control valve is chosen in order to control the outputs of all the oil ways, and the D4262 module is used to complete the conversion from the digital signals to analogy ones. Therefore, the synchrocontrol precision of the jacks is improved.â…¢.Combined with the practical weighing engineering, it makes a weighing precision analysis and simulation calculation so that it proves the correctness, feasibility, reliability and stability of the automatic weighing system.
