In long distance water transfer system, the condition of steady flow is destroyed by the flow rate regulation and hydraulic accident, and then the unsteady flow occurs, which is called as hydraulic transient process. hydraulic transient process of Hydrodynamic operation bringing is very complicated when our examine and repair accidentence and the flow rate regulation which is likely to create free-surface-pressurized flow. under the free-surface-pressurized condition, Hydraulic pressure will change quickly with time and usually, thereout come into being impact pression and result in a negative effect on the system. So it is quite indispensable to design and operation of the water transfer system. that we study the hydraulic transient process.Based on the former theories and actual project, the thesis devotes effort to the studies on several universal problems about hydraulic transients process and draw some conclusions. Then numerical computation is applied in a practical water diversion projects. the thesis brings forward corresponding proofs and suggestions for project design. The researches made by this thesis include several aspects as below.1. after analyzing the factors affecting the flow rate regulation, I computed different the flow rate regulation and hydraulic accident ,it's variational extension and the time of taking . after analyzing the results we draw a conclusion2. when we make measure of the flow rate regulation and hydraulic accident as the criterion that we choose the time , after analyzing the factors affecting the flow rate regulation, draw a conclusion. These will be a scientific gist when we operate can result in outcome avoid risk and intensify safety.3. by establishing the mathematical model of'Free-surface-pressurized flow', Numerical simulation we can find out the character during the transient of open flow to pressure flow in tailrace tunnel trans formed from diversion tunnel. pilot study applied4. Diversion tunnel is under specifically tailrace tunnel trans condition, this will create biggish burthen diversification, It will be inevitable to result in Free-surface-pressurized flow. After analyzing the results ,we can have a conclution that this process change rapidly and make great pressure diversification as well as intensity pulsatile pressure5. Having translated and edited'fortran'programme of TianJin city YinLuanRu Jin and drawed a conclusion of regularity. These will be quite important guidance to the project run...
