In the field of harbor and of shore engineering, the structure-wave-seabed Coupling system can often be found in some structures such as dock, breakwater and bucket foundation platform. This kind of structure keeps its stability, under the force of wind, current, ice and random wave, by deeply embedded in the seabed.Interface does exist in the structure-wave-seabed coupling system and there is no Doubt that interfaces is a very imports pact in the numerical analysis because energy is transferred by it between the structure and seabed. For the aim of investigating the effects of interface on the coupling system, a finite element model of this is established based on the wave flume experiments and a static analysis is carried out by employing the D-P,M-C model of soils. The elements subordinate to the coulomb friction constitutive model of three points offered by ABAQUS software is used to solve the contact problem and good results are acquired in this paper. The lecture introduce the second stokes wave pressure successfully through the ABAQUS good open user subroutines. The model can test the soil at different depths of the cylinder-fixed effects. The model can also exam the stable influence by setting interface with cylinder.When wave is spreading on seabed, it affects with seabed each other: first seabed absorbs energy of wave, on the other side wave will come into with wave stress and shearing stress to seabed and bring affect to the stability of seabed. Because of Space-time variability of wave strength, it can bring seepage of seabed and arouse change of pore pressure and efficient stress in the seabed, resulting in un-stability of seabed and building wreck on the seabed. So the research of seabed responding to wave is an important problem in coast engineering construct.The paper puts forward a mathematics deli based on Biot two-dimension Concretion theory and elastic model, considering seabed pore pressure twinkle and Cumulating effect separately, analyze the seabed dynamic response under linear,nonlinear wave pressure. We can conclude which is important to the seabed stability. Finally, we discuss the response of the seabed under the large wave pressure.
