Application Researches Of The Compacted Cement Piles In The Treatment Of Collapsible Loess Foundation For Special Railway Line Between Zhengzhou And Xi'an

With the development of society and economy, construction and operation of high-speed special passenger transport railway line is under way. Double-block ballastless track is applied to special passenger transport railway line in our nation, the speed is up to 200 km /h or higher, and further demand is put forward. Except factors of train itself and line shape, quality of embankment is crucial. Therefore, it is critical to enhance the strength and control the settlement deformation of the bed for the safety and amenity.The application of compacted cement pile method for Zhengzhou-Xi'an high-speed special passenger transport railway line is studied in this article.First, the physical nature and deformation principle of collapsible loess is under studied, and consolidation principle of cement soil and enforcement principle of compacted cement pile are analyzed. The enforcement principle of compacted cement pile is the theory of compound foundation. And the enforcement principle is side compaction and pile replacement.Second, the characters of cement pack pile and other construction methods are compared, and the cost of compacted cement pile is analyzed. And the cement pack pile is superior to other method in the construction under certain conditions.Then, the construction condition, design demand and application of cement pack pile are introduced. And the applications of cement pack pile are successful in projects which conditions are similar to Zhengzhou-Xi'an high-speed special passenger transport railway line, therefore, it is valuable for the application of cement pack pile method to special passenger transport railway line.Finally, the conclusion is reached that cement pack pile is a reliable way to solve settlement and bear capability problem of collapsible loess and meet the demand of deformation and strength according to the application in site.
