Today in China, according to the rapid development of the automobile industry and the fast popularization of vehicle entering into family, the automobile's security becomes an important research topic. In many automotive safety technology, the vehicle ABS braking system is widely used in a new technology. the ABS equipment can defend the wheels from being braked dead, thus supplys the automobile with good directional controllability and effectively reduces distance before stopped.However, in the ABS system there are still some issues that are hard to solve, constrains the ABS system functions into full play. For example, low-speed braking at low efficiency, poor braking response (such as braking appeared strong vibration, etc.)Compared with the automobile, Airplane not only has bigger movement inertia, faster speed, but also has influence of vertical velocity, potential energy transform and limited runway length and the width. Even so, the Airplane ABS system has good performance in function and high reliability, effectively safeguard the Airplane security in braking.Application of the first aircraft ABS technology to wheel braking system continuously improved and developed. ABS technology has great guiding significance. By analyzing aircraft ABS system parts's basic structure, working process and principle, referring to one type of Aircraft ABS formation records, it summed up the Airplane ABS system has rich function, high reliability and simple maintenancbility. and introduced the ABS system's general procedure and skill to work out defaulties.By research of Boeing B737 series airplane ABS system,referring to Boeing 757,747,Airbus 320 airplane, by analysis of the airplane ABS system one by one about part composition, principle of work and starting point of design ,by emphasizing the reliable aspectors pursued in system design, this paper makes every effort to form a clear and comprehensive understanding of airplane ABS system's principle and process, and discuss airplane ABS system's real cause for high reliability.The airplane movement environment is relatively stable, therefore the control logic is solo, basically taking turn angle retarded velocity as primary control parameter. When configing system, the airplane ABS system uses ele-hyd pressure servo valve which can respond quick and gentle, thus enhance system overall reliability and interaction speed.Through summarizing about the airplane ABS system's reliability analysis and application experience, at the end, the author also attempts to propose one automobile ABS system design plan, hope it might be benefit to the automobile ABS technology research.
