Reactive power optimization is of great importance to guarantee the system's security and economically running and an important approach of decreasing active power loss and enhancing the voltage quality.Optimal reactive power planning is finding the suitable compensation place and capacity,by adjusting the generator bus voltages,transforms taps and reactive power compensation capacities in the condition of insuring different power load and operation mode,to decreasing active power transmission loss and keeping reactive power balance on site,thereby,realizing economically running.From the view of mathematics,reactive power planning is a mixed-integer programming problem,and from the view of practical meaning,it includes two types constraint conditions and variables,which are investment and operation constraint conditions and variables,and they have coupled relation.So reactive power planning problem can be decomposed into the investment subproblem and the operation subproblem using Bender' s decomposition technique,then it can be solved through two subproblems' iterative calculation.On the basis of formers' work,in this paper reactive power planning problem is decomposed into investment and operation subproblems using Bender' s decomposition technique,and the operation subproblem is solved using prime-dual affine scaling method.The Power system simulation software analyzes real Power system through mathematical model and numerical method and it has become an indispensable tool. During Planning,designing and operating of Power system,simulation software can help us to confirm layout,study out operation mode,set parameters of automatics, analyze fault and so on,greatly improving the operation efficiency.This paper has analyzed the configuration end characters of Yanzhou Mining Grid in detail by using the PSASP as the analysis tool and with sensitivity analysis. According to the reactive power optimization it also tries to do some work to improve the modeling and algorithm of the Enterprise Grid with self-supply plant.Meanwhile it puts forward the mathematic model of the system transformer substation and the PSASP model of the split-winding transformer.In practical calculation,choosing the bigger power loss sensitivity index towards reactive power as the reactive Power optimization place,optimize the Yanzhou Mining Grid system using PSASP,we have received the satisfied result.
