With the fast development of the modern industry and the advance of production technology, the demand of precision products is also rising. The constant temperature and humidity systems have been used more and more. However, the energy consumption of the constant temperature and humidity systems is very large. Because it demands smaller supply air temperature difference, larger air and the problem of air reheating. In this paper, by analyzing the actual project of Harbin Steam Turbine Planet limited liability Company 14th workshop, constant temperature and humidity air conditioning systems are analyzed and discussed. Establish a steady physics model, simulate the constant temperature and humidity systems, and then analyze the energy conservation.In this paper, the workshop's velocity field, temperature field and relative humidity field is researched through numerical simulation. The mathematics model, physics model and geometrical model for numerical simulation about workshop's velocity field, temperature field and relative humidity field is built based on the workshop's thermal translating and substance translating theory.The method for building geometrical model and boundary condition is put forward. The numerical simulation for the workshop is accomplished with the computational fluid dynamics (CFD) software of Airpark.For HVAC, the energy consumption of the constant temperature and humidity systems main depends on the indoor air distribution and air handling system process. This paper first dissertates some theories of air distribution and air processing, analyzes the factors that have correlation with them. And then, simulates the existing ventilation project, analysis the results, work out many programs to improve ventilation. Last, simulates the ventilation project one by one.It is proved that the form of air currents in workshop with upper opening and lower vent on the same side is the best displacement ventilation, which by analyzing of various ventilation program's velocity field, temperature field and relative humidity field which can be obtained by numerical simulation technique. Then, on this basis, under difference supply air temperature, the constant temperature and humidity systems are simulated by CFD software of Airpark. In addition, the paper also analyzes energy conservation from two aspects of reasonable air distribution and air handing procedure.
