To meet the special demands in many industries fields, the hydraulic vibration table was developed as vibrational environmental simulating test equipments. The 3-axis hydraulic angular vibration table is one kind of this, which is used to simulate the dynamical loads in actual working conditions, especially vibrational actual loads, acted on components or systems of airplanes, missiles, and airships etc., in the laboratory conditions. There are higher demands on structural dynamics and control performances for the vibration table.The dissertation summarizes the development and current research status of vibration table, makes a decision of main research aspects for this article. The author founds the unabridged mathematical model of valve controlling motor system; analyzes theoretically and researches the electro-hydraulic position servo system of outer frame of the angular vibration table through simulation; chooses some control strategies to improve system control performances; draws a conclusion through the simulation results that multi-control system can meet the guideline demands. In addition, the author founds the mathematical model of the servo system of the single-axis hydraulic angular vibration table, and simulates this model.In aspects of finite element analyses, the author accomplishes structural dynamics analysis, structural optimization and sensitivity analysis of the 3-axis angular vibration table. The dissertation completes dynamics analyses for each frame in situations both with loads and without loads; obtains the first 6 step mode frequencies; also discusses the influence degree of symmetrical structure and material to be used, to the dynamics performances. Then, according to the analysis results an the demand that the 1st mode frequency must be 8~10 times of the vibration table's working frequency, it is necessary that optimizes the outer frame structure; after optimization, the 1st mode frequency of simplified outer frame structure ignoring boards inside the frame acting as strengthen effects increases from original 31.708Hz to 69.968Hz, which indicates that the dynamical performance of the outer frame is improved largely. And then, the author achieves the sensitivity analyses of all design variables, based on the values of sensitivity, we can fairly know the influence degree of every design variable to the dynamical performance.In experimental aspect, the author completes the experimental research on the newly-built single-axis hydraulic vibration table; the experiment results show that this test-bed meets the design demands. As a whole, the experiment results can prove the theoretical analysis in the dissertation.
