The main problem of speed adjustment in motor system is how to control torque, direct torque control (DTC) stress results of direct torque control, because DTC analyses AC motor mathematical model in stator coordination and controls flux and torque of motor, it has the advantages of simple structure, strong robust characteristics and excellent dynamic response. This thesis designs DTC system of induction motor based on fazzy control technology by taking induction motor as the control object and obtaining high-performance torque response.Firstly, a suitable mathematical model for induction motor is derived in condition of linear assumptions and according to Clarke transformation, meanwhile in this model the traditional DTC theory is analyzed.Secondly, because of the problems of flux and torque hysteresis control in traditional DTC system, a DTC system of induction motor based on fazzy control is designed. It aims at improving DTC system's dynamic and static state performance by using fazzy controller to replace hysteresis controller and classifies width of flux and torque, which is taken as the basis of choosing voltage space vector.In the basis of theoretical analysis of traditional DTC system, Matlab/Simulink is used to do simulation research on conventional DTC system of induction motor and the designed DTC system.Finally, the hardware and software of DTC system of induction motor based on fazzy control technology is designed according to the design requirements. The hardware of DTC system of induction motor based on fazzy control technology is designed by taking Altera's FPGA chip CycloneEP1C6Q240C8 as the core and applying intelligent power module (IPM) as the link of power system. Software design process using top-down modular design methods, shorten the design cycle and reduce the risk of design.Additionally, an experiment platform is established in this thesis, and some experiments are taken with this platform.
