The topic is apart of the plan about the development of the advanced aero engine. During the bearing turning, the body of the bearing testing set receives the bigger load and generates larger deformation and stress. The body will generate vibration with the inner and exterior motivation, which will create bigger noise, and make the results got in experiment imprecise. The analysis of static and dynamic for the body can optimize the structural parameters and get the extreme test ability. Getting the resonance vibration frequency can offer the theory assurance for automatic controlling rotation spectrum. The results can be further used in correction of results got in experiment.The topics developed the static, thermal-stress and the dynamic analysis of the body. With computing, the body fulfills the design desire without the thermal defects. Made the thermal-stress analysis by the way of indirect-coupling method, results indicate that the max stress of body increase obviously, and the location changed to the board with thermal effect. In modal analysis, analyze whole body frequency and mode. Base on the result of modal analysis, bring forward several improved plan of the foundation. Make sure the inherence frequency is out of the range of working frequency, so the rig can work stabile in the range of working velocity.By the way of whole transfer matrix method, analyzing the dynamic characteristic of coupling axes system, getting the inherence frequency of the system. Controlling the rotations speed spectrum past these velocity quickly can make sure the rig work normally. Analysis the unbalance response of the axes in some conditions, got the swing pictures for computing the load distributing of roller later. The computing results demonstrate that the deviation of location between axes increase with the increase of load and vibration become clearer.With the results got in chapter 3, which is the relationship between outside and inside of bearing. Get the load distribution pictures in the way of slice method. The computing results shows that the load on roller become uneven by the increasing of load and velocity, the working condition of bearing become adverse. Also get the adjusted loading curve of bearing in several conditions, which can be used in experiment as the theory assurance for the infliction of load.
