The Research Of Key Technology For Digital Ultrasonic Testing Device

Ultrasonic testing is a very important method of NDT(Non-destructive Testing),which has been widely used in security detection of quality of on-line product, in-service equipments and some important parts. The digital ultrasonic testing device has become an inevitable trend in the development of ultrasonic testing device.The thesis studies the key technology of Digital Ultrasonic Testing Device on the basis of JST-9 Analogue Ultrasonic Testing Device, such as the launch of ultrasonic technology, ultrasonic receiver technology, pre-analog signal management, high speed A/D sampling technology and DSP technology. The functions of ultrasonic signal emitting, receiving, magnifying, noise-processing, data collecting are realized. Displaying echo figures, defecting flaws and storing, play-backing and outputting detecting results can be achieved . The problem that traditional Analogue ultrasonic testing device has no record is solved, and some human elements are reduced. By using digital signal processing technology, the Signal-to-Noise is progressed, and testing reliability is improved. A very good foundation is established for the research of ultrasonic image testing.In the study, we used the modular design scheme in order to improve the system maintainability, preferred the chip with lower noise, lower drift, higher precision and higher dependability in order to increase the system reliability, adopted the big screen of LCD(Liquid Crystal Display), the touch keyboard, and the Chinese operation interface in order to implement the good man-machine interface. The breakthrough in the key。Technology of Digital Ultrasonic Testing Device establishes a good foundation for production of Digital Ultrasonic Testing Device and performance optimization.
