Variable-speed constant-frequency (VSCF) wind-power system's is widely used in the grid wind-power system with high capacity for its wide variation ratio and high utilization ratio.and It also has a good applied prospects. The VSCF wind-power system with doubly-fed generator is common controlled with vector transform method and PI controller. The method depends on the parameter of electric machine. The control effect is influenced by the variation of the doubly-fed generator's parameter. The active disturbance rejection control (ADRC) is used to control the doubly-fed wind-power system in order to improve the control effection in the dissertation.The mathematical model in triphase stable coordinates and two-phase synchronous coordinates and the doubly-fed generator mathematical model based on the field oriented control(FOC) are introduced Firstly on the fundamental principle of the VSCF wind-power system and the mathematical models of different parts. The ADRC technology is applied to no-load synchronization control after analiyzed the synchronization control. The ADRC used to control the synchronization with doubly-fed generator is designed. The synchronized system is detailed analysed. The ADRC technology is used to synchronization and decoupling control. The control law of power decoupling is deduced. The ADRC controller is used to control the power decoupling is designed in this dissertation.The simulation model is built to simulate and analyze the process of stator pressure regulation under the change of wind speed. The control effect of PI controller and working condition under the start-up procedure and change of parameter of electric machine are analyze contrastively. It comes to a conclusion that ADRC is fast response with robust but no overshoot in synchronization control with no-load.The different synchronized simulation model are built and used to simulate power decoupling control. The active power'building process and its changes varied with electric motor parameters of the ADRC and PI controller are simulated and analysed , which comes to a conclusion that ADRC has good robustness and applicability in the active power and reactive power decoupling control after synchronization.
