Electrical submersible pump technology has gradually been used in petroleum exploit,but there is a major technology bottleneck in this driving system. The rotational speed andtorque of submergible motor isn't a nice match .The thesis studies the necessity and rationalityof using the technology of variable frequency drive to resolve the bottleneck in this drivingsystem, and describes the control policy and the structure of the software of the system.Moreover, this thesis describes the operational system ofμC/OS-II, and tells how to replant iton the chip of TMS320LF2407.Through the study of electrical submersible pump technology, by analysis thecharacteristic and parameters of the most important parts of the system, Mid-voltage variablefrequency variable speed system can resolve the problems in the system. Through thecomparison of different types of variable frequency driver, and I choses the structure of cellsin serie and the same as the control system. Every cell is controlled by a DSP chip, and all ofthe DSP chips are combined together by CAN bus for realizing the harmonic of every chip.On theμC/OS-II operational System which has been replanted, I carry out the functions ofmid-voltage variable frequency variable speed system, and carry the function of the systemout, replant theμC/OS-II operation system, realize the functions of the system under the CCScircumstance by C Language. Through the experimentation in the laboratory, the result ofdesign is achieved.Through set up the hardware platform and realize the basic function of software, thefixture drive the resistance and electromotor, validate the design idea at the beginning,especially the feasibility of synchronization mechanism. In the laboratory, through the examof the fixture, the result of the design is achieved.
