Bored pile foundation is adapt to the different geological condition, the load situation, and has earthquake resistance ability, therefore it has become the highway bridge main underlying form. In the construction process, the pebbles ground has some difficulties such as big pellet, strong water permeability, footage and stave difficulty, and easy to break down and so on , thus these has limited the wide use of the large diameter bored pile.Taking the actual project as background, I first introduced the construction process, in which we need pay attention to the location preparation, hole drilling, hole clearing, and completion after submarine concretes' irrigation each link as well as the construction the location processing, we should avoid accident's occurrence as far as possible. After the accident occurring, we must according to the scene geology, the hydrology condition, make a decisive processing measure to avoid the heavy loss of the quality, the economy and the time.Secondly, I use the elasticity theory and the numerical calculus method to get the pile's limit supporting capacity, and discussed the theoretical calculation single pile subsidence several method good and bad points , the single pile subsidence character thoroughly, and use empirical formula to estimate pile arrangement quantity. Combination of theoretical calculation formula and charts, analysis the influence unit pile body supporting capacity's factor, through the computation analysis, we can get that reasonable pile diameter ratio may great raise the unit pile body's supporting capacity level , thereby saving construction costs. In the deep weak subgrade, the suitable choice small pile diameter as the tall and slender pile which has big body surface accumulates. In the deep weak subgrade upper formation, there don't have hard upper formation to hold the strength level as the tip of pile, under the load function, head of pile load major support by the pile sidewall friction withstanding, the load of the tip of pile undertakes is very small. Therefore, when design friction drill hole pile, we may ignore tip of pile on bearing capacity, only calculates in the pile week the sidewall friction.Finally using ANSYS take the pile and the soil constitution system as the object of study, the union order class, establishes the pile the three dimensional finite element model, considered that the earth the misalignment, uses the DP material modelling, obtained under all levels of load pile each section corresponding endogenic force and the pile body's subsidence value, and unifies the neural network to have good studies independently the habit and misalignment handling ability, uses the BP neural network to fit the P-S curve, and obtained the single pile's the limit supporting capacity according to the related canonical parse. Through the finite element analysis, obtained the model computation parameter. With this model, has analyzed friction pile in the view of the actual project we get the limit supporting capacity influencing factor. In designing, we should consider the material ,the pile size and the strength level selection. Carring on the analysis to the computed result, enable the research results can guide the pile foundation design, keep the smooth progress of construction and the quality of piles.
