The frame is a main kind of section in the hull.The cold frame bend-forming is an important part in shipbuilding.In recent years,as the science and technology progressing,there is a large development in frame processing technic.However,some aspects of frame processing still need to be amended and improved.In this paper,the questions such as the processing method of spring back and analysis of precision will be mainly studied.The processing method of spring back in automatic cold frame bending process is studied firstly in this paper.The efficiency of actual processing method is not very high correspondingly.In order to improve the working efficiency,some new work on the processing method of spring back is done in the paper,and the Self-learning System in artificial intelligence is used to handle the problem of spring back. According to the spring back theory,the rebound curve approximates to a beeline. The approximate expression of the rebound curve can be got by regression analysis, which is the control model's approximating function.Then the Self-learning model of rebound is built,which can be verified by experimental data.The experiments show that the model could increase working efficiency under the condition of high working accuracy,and even the frame can be formed for one time.The actual forming control methods mostly verify error partially during the process of frame bending.In order to analyzing the forging accuracy of the whole frame easily,the curve reconstruction of fashioned frames is studied in the paper for the first time.According to the forming control model,the curve reconstruction model is built,and the program of the model is written using the computer language VB. Then we compare the reconstructed curve with theoretical line after the reconstruction.The analysis result of field experimental data shows the reconstructed curve can express the shape of fashioned frames exactly.The frame reconstructed curve not only can analysis the forging accuracy easily,but also can provide reference for appraising the whole shipbuilding quality.Dross has an important function during the automatic frame bending process. And it is the reference to measure forming control parameters.In the paper we analyze the influence on working accuracy caused by the dross part's linear error in theory,and verify experimental data by curve reconstruction.In order to increase the working accuracy,some relevant measures are mentioned in the end. |
