Active magnetic bearing (AMB) is a kind of novel high-performance bearing, in which rotor can be suspended stably by controllable magnetic force and realize no mechanical contact completely between rotor and stator. Due to its advantages of no wear ,no friction,no lubrication,long service life and it's maximum speed only limited by the material intensity of rotor. Especially,this technigue was suitable for some Environments:high speed,aviation, vacuum super clean etc.Stability of AMB are enormously affected by the condition of rotor's mass distribution. Rotor's even distributed mass and effective approaches of unbalance compensation can greatly improve stability and security of magnetic bearing system under high speed. In order to improve the stability,security and reliability of AMB, this paper proposed a Scheme of unbalance vibration compensation which based on a kind of algorithms of LMS FIR adaptive filter .Through experimental debugging, the amplitude of unbalance vibration is decreased largely.First, the thesis discusses the basic work principle of AMB,analyzes signal characteristic of unbalance vibration signal and causes,a classification of unbalance vibration and compensation method is finished based on the expression,introduces the basic principle of unbalance vibration compensation;Then,two compensation methods are presented focus on frequency tracking algorithm,after merits and demerits comparison and analysis,a scheme of unbalance vibration compensation based on adaptive filter is proposed.The Principle of adaptive filter is introduced in detailed,the matlab simulation experimentation according to the signal feature of AMB are carried out,some simulation curves with parameters are drawn,and realization of algorithms for the digital control system based on TMS320LF2407A DSP is finished.The last,the unbalance vibration signal is simulated,vast experimental data and oscilloscope's captures at different speed are obtained.Experimental results have shown that the scheme of unbalance vibration compensation based on adaptive filter can effectively weaken vibration signal.
